By subscribing to and using the services provided by Surge ®, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership and Access

Your active subscription grants access to:

Surge Funnel® Designs

Surge University

Surge® Support Calls

Surge® App and Tools

These resources are for personal use only by current members and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

Funnel designs

Training modules

Support call recordings

App templates and automations are the intellectual property of Surge® and protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized distribution, duplication, or external use is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription & Billing

Your subscription is billed monthly at $96, unless stated otherwise.

This is a grandfathered rate, locked in for as long as your membership remains active.

You may cancel anytime, with no long-term contracts.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused services, or past payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support or accessing your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

Access to all Surge® resources, including designs, trainings, support calls, and the support group will be immediately revoked.

You will not be billed further.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Share login credentials with others.

Export or repackage any Surge® material for resale or public use.

Use our resources in another Surge sub-account, SaaS platform, or builder.

Misrepresent your affiliation with Surge®.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination without refund.

6. Modifications to Services

Surge® reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time, including pricing, features, or access levels,

with notice provided to members when applicable.
